Shipping Policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.
Excludes international and Wholesale orders.
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. All free shipping order will be sent via USPS and you will be informed of your tracking # by email as soon as the package goes out (if you do not receive the tracking # check your spam folder as it may have gone there.)
Insurance will be added at customers request and must be paid by the customer.
Sylca Designs is NOT responsible for:
– Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
– International Duties or Customs Charges
– If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.

Return Policy
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don’t absolutely love it, you can return it to us within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Please email (info@sylcadesigns.com) or call (215-283-2673) us to get a return authorization and a return label. To be eligible for returns, each item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We hope we don’t make any mistakes, but if we do, we’ll take care of it! If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
